1.   The Suggestor submits his suggestions for improvement.

2.   The Department Manager (same department) reviews it and raises the suggestion to the concerned department and RC (Safety department).

3.   The concerned department manager will respond with the below status
i) Recorded for review
ii) Acceptable, Could be implemented
iii) Rejected, for the below reason with his comments.

4.   If accepted / recorded for review, intimation should be given to all the concerned peoples.

5.   If rejected, it will go to the Executive Management through Safety. Safety will assign the ID of the responsible person in the executive management.

6.   Intimation to be given to all concerned people at every stage.
